What We Do
Future Ready supports students across the Putnam County School System by providing personalized, flexible learning opportunities that prepare them for success in college, careers, and life. Our programs place students at the center of every decision, using data-driven instruction, flexible tools, and targeted support to meet the needs of all learners.
We expand access to advanced and career-focused opportunities by coordinating Early Postsecondary Opportunities (EPSOs), including Advanced Placement courses, Dual Enrollment partnerships with Tennessee Tech, Volunteer State, and TCAT, and the Putnam County Middle College program where students can earn both high school and college credit.
Future Ready also provides innovative programs such as Computer Science courses supported by AI-enhanced learning platforms, online personal finance certification through the ICEV platform, and flexible online learning through VITAL School and Future Ready Home Connect.
In addition, we support schools through professional training in responsive practices and personalized learning, helping educators create student-focused environments that build critical skills, ownership of learning, and real-world readiness.
Through these efforts, Future Ready ensures every student has access to meaningful learning experiences, advanced coursework, and pathways that prepare them for the future.
