Enrollment Details
Eligibility: Students in grades K–12 who are residents of Putnam County.
Full Enrollment: This is for full-time enrollment only.
Returning Students: Do NOT need to reapply.
New Students: Must complete the pre-registration form. Spots are limited and filled first-come, first-served.

Enrollment Details
Eligibility: VITAL School serves students in grades K-12 who are residents of Putnam County.
Full Enrollment: This link is for full-time enrollment in VITAL School, not for individual VITAL classes.
Returning Students: If your child is already enrolled in VITAL School, you do not need to pre-register. They will automatically roll over to the 2026-2027 school year unless you choose to withdraw them.
New Students: This form is required for all new students. Enrollment is processed on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited availability.
