FutureReady VITAL, and VITAL School

Pre-registration for the VITAL School has opened! Please use the QR Code provided on the slide or click this link into your browser.

If you would like your child to attend the VITAL School next school year, please complete the pre-registration form to ensure enrollment. Please note that this link will enroll your child as a VITAL School student, not just for an individual VITAL class. (Students already enrolled in the VITAL School do not have to pre-register for next year. They will automatically be rolled over to the next school year unless a parent or guardian withdraws the student and enrolls them in another school. This form is only for new students) Limited enrollment spots are available, and registration will be based on a first-come, first-serve basis. A VITAL School staff member will contact you within a few days of completing the pre-registration form with more information.
